Are you interested in a 5-day, 4-night residential learning experience
with other girls your age learning about careers in engineering and
computer science through hands-on projects and other activities?

 

University of Evansville women students and alumnae serve as counselors and lead activities. The director of OPTIONS for Middle School Girls is Dr. Phil Gerhart, Dean of the College of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Evansville. Tina Newman, full time staff member in the College, serves as the coordinator for the OPTIONS for Middle School Girls program.



 

 

Who: Middle School aged girls in grades 6-8

When: June 23-27, 2008

Where: The University of Evansville Campus, Evansville, IN

Cost: $120 NOTE: This year each participant will receive a $30 participation scholarship sponsored by the Vectren Foundation. Some need based scholarships also available

Selection is based on age, essay, and post mark. Early application is encouraged.
